Community Involvement

At Third Generation Homes, giving back to our community is at the heart of what we do. We recently partnered with another local builder to construct a home in just five days for Habitat for Humanity, helping provide a deserving family with a safe, beautiful place to call home. In addition, we are proud to be building the 2025 Winston-Salem Home Builders Association House for the Parade of Homes. Proceeds from this project will be donated directly to the Home Builders Association, supporting their efforts to strengthen and grow our local building industry. Through projects like these, we are honored to invest our time and talents into the communities that have supported us.
